Terms of Engagement

These Terms of Engagement ("Terms") govern automotive consulting, workshop diagnostic engineering, and field training services provided by CarExperts Consulting Pvt Ltd to automotive OEMs, fleet operators, and mobility startups.

1. Scope of Services CarExperts provides specialized after-sales engineering, diagnostic tool development, technician capability building, and workshop SOP audits as defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW).

2. Client Cooperation & Site Access Clients agree to provide reasonable access to workshop facilities, relevant vehicle diagnostic telemetry, and designated engineering personnel necessary for project execution.

3. Intellectual Property Rights - Client Proprietary Data: Vehicle architecture specifications, proprietary CAD drawings, and firmware remain the exclusive property of the client. - CarExperts Methodologies: General diagnostic heuristics, training frameworks, and custom tool designs authored by CarExperts remain proprietary unless explicitly assigned under an SOW.

4. Professional Warranties CarExperts warrants that all engineering and field advisory services are performed with industry-standard expertise and high-voltage automotive safety protocols.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Pune / Bengaluru.
